Izak Yaldo is Co-Founder and President of Capital Impact LLC dba Impact Loans and serves as their acting leader NMLS ID: 1604086. With more than 5 years of residential mortgage experience, Izak is presently responsible for national sales and operations, which includes end-to-end management of sales activities, compliance, and client support. Prior to his current endeavor, Izak was employed as a President's Club Mortgage Banker with Rocket Mortgage. He was consistently a top producer amongst more than 2,000 other sales professionals across the company. Once he moved on from Rocket Mortgage, he moved into wholesale lending where he learned both sides of the business and the knowledge needed to pave his own path. Izak has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Applied Sciences from Madonna University as well as an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Oakland Community College.
Ross Bahro is CEO and Co-Founder of Capital Impact LLC dba Impact Loans NMLS ID: 1510016. Since 2016 Ross has been serving clients and building strong relationships in the real estate industry. After over 6 years of experience building teams and assisting borrowers at the nation’s number one retail lender, he decided to start his own business tailored toward making the lending process simpler and giving borrowers more personal attention. He is an accomplished leader with a winning track record in a wide variety of markets. In fact, in 2021 his team of 20 loan officers closed over 100 million dollars in annual loan volume! He has been recognized as a top performer at the individual level, team level, and regional level.
Darren Bahro is an Executive Founding Loan Broker here at Impact Loans. He has been impacting the mortgage industry for over 5 years at a high-level. Client service has always been at the forefront when it comes to getting his clients set up with a tailor-made mortgage. Darren has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Wayne State University's Mike Illich School of Business.
